If the campervan is not your primary vehicle insurance is 330 euro approx.
Motor tax on Campervans is currently 88 euro, regardless of vehicle size.
Campervans do not require an NCT. However to insure vehicles over 15 years of age you must have an Engineer's Report from a Main Dealer, a SIMI registered garage or a Motor Engineer/Assessor.
Most campervans can be driven with a normal 'B' car driving licence. If the motorhome is heavier than 3,500 kg then a 'C1' licence is required.
